Data collected

This site sets no cookies and loads no audience-measurement or behavioural-tracking script. The only personal data processed is what you send us voluntarily by e-mail or through the contact form: name, organisation, professional e-mail address, phone number where given, and the content of your message. These requests are stored in a password-protected database hosted in Europe, accessible only to the team, together with an anonymised fingerprint of the IP address used to block abusive submissions. The hosting provider may keep technical connection logs (IP address, timestamp) for service security.

Purposes and legal basis

To answer your request, organise a demonstration and, where relevant, prepare a contractual relationship. The legal basis is your request (pre-contractual measures) and our legitimate interest in answering it.

Retention

Requests received through the form are kept for twelve months, then deleted unless a business relationship has begun. Exchanges are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, in case of a business relationship, for its duration plus statutory limitation periods.

Recipients

Data is processed by the ALGORIA FACTORY team. It is neither sold nor transferred. Our technical providers (site hosting, e-mail, scheduling) access it only as needed for the service.

Transfers

Data may be hosted by providers located outside Tunisia, under appropriate contractual safeguards.

Your rights

Under Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63 on the protection of personal data and, for European Union residents, the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and restriction. Write to hello@algoria-factory.com. You may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (INPDP in Tunisia).
